Labs at Home LLC provides mobile specimen collection services (such as blood draws and other lab collections) in the comfort of your home or workplace. We partner with licensed clinical laboratories for testing — we do not perform lab testing ourselves.

Yes. A valid laboratory order from a licensed provider (physician, nurse practitioner, etc.) is required before specimens can be collected. If you do not have a doctors order we partner with Helen Hardy NP for provider appointments to order labs.

Appointments can be scheduled online through our website by clicking the “Book Now” button. Once scheduled, you’ll receive confirmation and any necessary preparation instructions.

We proudly serve patients throughout Massachusetts. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

Payment is collected at the time of appointment or when booking. We accept major credit and debit cards.

No. Labs at Home LLC is a private-pay service and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. If applicable, the laboratory may bill your insurance directly for testing.

Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment: No charge
Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours: $25 late cancellation fee
No-show: $50 no-show fee
