“How referrals work”
Option A — Patient self-schedules (fastest)
You provide the lab order → patient books online → we collect + deliver → results go through the lab to you.
Option B — You submit the order (best for homebound patients)
Use the secure order form (or fax) to send the requisition and patient contact info. We coordinate scheduling.
Option C — Facility / concierge / recurring volume
Batch scheduling and preferred workflows available—contact us to set it up.
“What we need from you”
A valid lab requisition that includes:
Patient full name + DOB
Tests requested (per lab requisition)
Ordering clinician name + practice info (and whatever identifiers your lab requires)
Any special handling notes (fasting, timed draw, temperature, etc.)
Plus: best patient contact number and address for the visit

Positive patient ID + labeled specimens at collection
Packaged per lab requirements
Delivered to the appropriate lab drop site (same-day when applicable)
We do not perform lab testing or interpret results

$69 = mobile collection visit (your patient pays Labs at Home)
Testing is performed/billed by the independent lab (insurance billing, if applicable, is handled by the lab—not you/us)

What areas do you cover?
The Greater Boston area and Central MA. If unsure please book a home visit and we will confirm.
Do you do blood + urine + swabs?
Yes, we carry collection supplies for blood, urine, and various swabs.
Can you do morning fasting labs?
Yes, fasting labs are done on Monday mornings. The booking tool will show you availability.
What happens if the draw is unsuccessful?
If the draw is unsuccessful we will return another day at no additional cost.
Can caregivers be the point of contact?
Yes, absolutely. We work closely with family member’s, health care proxy’s, and parents/guardians.
Do you do STAT/same-day?
Yes, we offer same day booking subject to availability.
How do I send orders securely?
