Your $69 visit includes:

  • In-home specimen collection (blood and/or urine, based on your provider’s order)

  • Delivery to the laboratory drop site (same-day when applicable)

  • Respectful, patient-centered service (great for seniors and homebound patients)

Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Fair + Simple)

We reserve a time slot specifically for you and plan our route around it. To keep pricing low and scheduling reliable:

  • Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment: No charge

  • Cancel/reschedule within 24 hours: $25 late cancellation fee

  • No-show or unable to complete visit at arrival due to no access / patient not available: $50 no-show fee
